FORMAT-M publishing house, the information partner of Moscow Hobby Expo, organizes in October and November 2021 online festivals in support of childrens reading habits.
The IX All-Russian Festival of informative, developmental and applied literature Read! Be smart! Live bright life! will be held online from October 12 to 15, 2021 with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. You can still have time to apply and upload videos of master classes, performances of children's and puppet theaters, photographs of crafts and quizzes on children's literature. Application forms are available by request sent to the e-mail radugai@inbox.ru.

The VI All-Russian Festival of reading, self-development and creativity Toys Come from Books will be held in online format November 16 to 19, 2021 also with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.
The FORMAT-M publishing house publishes publications for children and teenagers of different age categories with author's master classes in various areas of decorative creativity:
- Ideas Rainbow - a magazine for children of senior kindergarten and elementary school groups, which publishes master classes in the manufacture of crafts in various techniques.
- Boys and Girls. Craft School - a monthly magazine for teenagers on children's creativity with master classes in various techniques.
