About exhibition3nd International specialized exhibition April 13-15, 2012 Moscow Hobby Expo trade fair which is held in Crocus Expo IEC in the beginning of spring, annually attracts worthy attention of many thousands of modeling fans. It is the largest event in the segment of scale and radio-controlled modeling in Russia which presents the most unusual exhibits, fascinating competitions and a show program! Participants of the 2011 edition proved that the branch had been actively developing in our country and the variety of presented models and accessories, and also the quantity of visitors just confirm the statement. Judge yourself: for three days the exposition was visited by about 10 000 persons! Moscow Hobby Expo became the perfect platform for presentation of novelties, attraction of clients, dealers and suppliers and maintenance of old contacts. The exhibition is a significant event for fans of all ages, children and youth. Anyone had an opportunity to get new ideas for interesting and instructive leisure time, a large quantity of original offers and recommendations and useful tips for modeling fans. Numerous technical and creative clubs for children and adults are the partners of the project and they participated directly in the event. The exposition becomes with every edition more and more sated and interesting. The organizers and participants of Moscow Hobby Expo do everything for each visitor to receive exclusively pleasant impressions. The following sections will be presented to the audience in 2012:
To cap it all the exposition will be supplemented with various entertaining “activities” program:
Trial&Trophy club, one of Moscow Hobby Expo 2012 exhibitors, will unveil unique radio-controlled all-road vehicles and will demonstrate “driving” skills on 50 sq m of absolutely “impassible” roads. Almost all models are hand assembled and they are the result of long-term and laborious work. They represent exact copies of their "big brothers", and the majority of them exist only in the single copy! A big air field for demonstrations and show flights will be arranged in the pavilion with the assistance of the Federation of Aircraft Modeling Sport of Russia. Competitions and contests will allow enthusiasts competing in test of hand-made aircrafts’ flight characteristics and the winners will receive memorable prizes. A sated business program initiated and organized by the Federation will allow professionals and fans to learn the latest news of aircraft modeling sports, to experience the rich history of the national aviation industry, to talk with masters and veterans of legendary aircraft modeling clubs within the frames of master classes. Òhe 2nd Indoor Winter championship of Russia for radio controlled off-road vehicles will be officially held within the frames of Moscow Hobby Expo 2012. The visitors of the trade fair will watch the first qualification rounds and final races in several classes. Car modeling fans will yell at the top of their voices supporting participants of Grand Prix of Russia on auto modeling sports. The track, on which miniature prototypes of racing cars struggle for victory, meet European standards and the models which participate in the races pick up speed up to 100 km/h! One can watch the pilots to get operational readiness in the pits after each round! Other kinds of radio-controlled vehicles will be presented at the show: car models (drift, off-road, trophy trial, electric baggies, monster tracks, mini racers and motto), aircraft models (trainers, large models, gliders, copies, park flyers, handled, slowflyers and helicopters), ship models (radio-controlled boats and yachts) and tanks.
